New Case

I do not have the new "magic designer case". Will reinstalling city story help? If I delete city dtory from my device and reinstall it, will i still have my same city?:confused:

No, your game progress is saved on Teamlava's server, so you wouldn't lose anything by deleting it and reinstalling it. No, I don't have the case yet but I think we'll have it in a few hours from what GroupMagma said.

This might be related to a known issue; reinstalling should fix this problem.

I'm losing my 4 star rating! I play everyday for several hours. I've built up my star rating to #4, then the next day its back down to 3 1/2. I'm losing all the progress I did to build my rating. FIX THIS BUG!

Firstly, please keep on topic.
Secondly, it's not a bug. Try getting up to 4* then tip 20-30 more places. Each day after that tip at least 20-30 places. It is designed to go down if you don't keep going.
