If you already set up a new storm ID for the new game, you will need to

email support@teamlava.com to help you with your transfer.

Please provide them with your old storm ID and your new storm ID and what game.
they can transfer your games from your old phone to your new phone by your storm IDs

That is okay. I messed up my transfer and support did a search and moved all my games and original storm ID to my new phone and moved the new games and new storm ID to my old phone.
