Online problems

I would like to notify TL of the problems I'm having with my IPad. I can't water any of my neighbors keeps telling me it's an online game. I have sync my device. I have checked my WiFi and my farm come up then I try to select a neighbor it brings it up but the says processing and it's an online game. I can't water anyone. Apparently it's Farm Story because my wifi is working I was able to come here to report the problem. Also yesterday I noticed it kept kicking me off Farm Story. I have sync it a couple of times and it's not that. Please notify of the problem or if you are working on system for Farm Story.
