City cash not added to the account

It happened already twice: I got the information that I will get 20 city cash for completing the next rank of mastery of contracts, but nothing was added!!! What happened? What can I do? I would need these already 40 city cash :(

I thought you only got 1 city cash at lvl 2, and another one upon completion of the 4th. I could be misremembering, but there is no way it was 20! (though I wish it was <g>)

He is right, "post-author", You only get one City Cash at the first mastery and at the last... Sorry.

Thank you! I can imagine and I believe it is true, however - the message I've got was: 20 city cash and XXX coins (I do not remember how many).

I think it would be 20 xp not city cash. I've mastered all but 2 contracts and never got 20 city cash for any of them only 1 at lvl 2 as has been said previously.
