catalog slots

Does anyone know how many catalog slots a person can earn. I've been getting gems earned and passing levels but I'm not getting new slots. Please answer. I've earned 22 slots.

2nd post but am very excited!!! I think we just got leveling up slots. I discovered 23 slots this morning - didn't have last night. Anyone else?? Oh, no, I didn't buy it. Thanks TL!!
