Not able to buy gems

I figured Team Lava would have gotten back to me on this, since they are losing out on my money! I tried in both RS and BS to purchase gems yesterday and was denied, I got the Oh Darn message that my device does not support in app purchases, but I've bought before! What's the deal? Is this a bug?

I have had this happen before. I deleted my game and redown loaded from the app store. That took care of the issue.

since you have bought before I assume that you have not enabled any restrictions on your device that keep you from purchasing.

I'll try to reload it, I know it can be done but I'm scared! Do I have to save it to my SD card first?

No, games are saved on TLs servers, you won't lose anything. But to save room on your device, you can save it to the SD card :)
