gems disappeared

I was playing the game and I had 18 gems leftover. A window popped up to show that there was a 30% promotion on gems (Aug 18, 2011) and when I closed the window, my gem count went down to 0. Since I actually paid for these gems with real money, I'd like to retrieve them. Thanks

Try restarting your device to see if they come back.
If not you can try deleting the game and redowning it.

If still no gems, you will need to contact support@teamlava.com to have look into your game. Tell them your Storm ID , the game, and the day this happened.
