Lost Gems and Coins

My Bakery Story (version 1.2.5 on iPhone version 4.3.3) has been deleting gems and large amounts of coins when the bakery goes out of sync or loses internet connection. I have tried restarting and reinstalling the game, but to no avail. I know that I'm not not the only one with this problem, as there are several other posts and I have a friend who is experiencing the same issue.

Please advise.

Since you've already tried what we would suggest, the only thing you can do now is email support@teamlava.com Make sure to give them all the info you provided here, along with amounts of coins and gems, and when it happened. You should receive an automated reply, which may direct you back here. Reply to it, stating any new additional info they request. Your friend will have to do the same thing separately.
