Rather than any one expensive item, I think I'd like to see several elite items that cost $250k and up. Mirrors, dressing rooms, unique furniture items that are all really luxe and special looking -- this would really help distinguish a lot of shops from one another. Maybe you could pay $1m to unlock a really luxurious outfit, like a cashmere sweaterdress with tall leather boots, diamond stud earrings and a faux Birkin handbag.

Amazing idea! You could have an escalator or stairs, and when you click on it it goes up to an entirely new level. Oh man, we'll all have full-on department stores....

Yeah, Kooky mentioned the escalators....I'll only take credit for saying it will also come with a second floor. Lol.

But seriously, TL can hardly handle the servers they have us on right now [hence the limit on expansions and the recent death of our walls/news feed]. A second floor is literally a dream.

It does take a while, but once you get to a high level, you do get tons of money. Right now I am on level 96 with 17 million coins and nothing to spend it on. lol
(I have been playing since the first day the game was released)
