Special gift with gem purchase offer there, then not

I posted the same problem on bakery story. I had the special gift offer with gem purchase for fashion story this week (the knapsack) and was going to buy in the morning, well within the 76 hour timeframe, but the offer has disappeared since! It was only 20 hours into the offer so I know I didn't run out of time. Anyone know what happened?

I just checked and my knapsack offer is also not popping up. I will check to see if I can find out anything.
