Gifts from neighbors

How do you collect a gift that a neighbor has sent you?? Thanks!

To check a gift that a neighbor has sent you, it's rather simple.
Go to your menu, go to profile, and go to news feed.
It should show all the gifts you have pending.

Thanks but i Tried that but it's not there & I've been sent a msg to say I have a gift . Any other ideas?thanks :)

when you see the little box on bottom left click that . does the gift screen pop up ? is it blank?
Also under the little box message, nbr invites show up too. check you nbr list to see if you have a new invite
