Ok, maybe I don't get the rules. Do you change previous persons word and then post new word? Or are we using one word only and seeing how many times we can change that one word? Confused!

SPAWN to PAWS ? When I went from KISS to SICK I was told I couldn't do that because I had swapped a letter (which was OK) but then went on to change the other letters (which was not OK because that would be two things and you could only do one of these things)
