A recent update has changed the prize for completing 4th level mastery, instead of getting a river tile, we now get 1 city cash and 200 XP. This is very disappointing, a river is much more valuable than 1 city cash, so in essence the reward for plugging away at contracts has been reduced. Lets face it 200 XP is neither here nor there. Congratulations TL on the recent reduction in the cost of city cash, but removing the free river, and replacing it with something of much lower value is pretty ****.
When I saw the announcement that 4th level mastery now included a prize of 1 city cash, I assumed that was in addition to the current reward, but instead its just a reflection of the game becoming less attractive.
