Restaurant Story Display Glitch

I can't play my Restaurant Story on iPod Touch for about 4 days now. I can only see ******s or black screen. Menu buttons on the top and left side work and I can randomly press on the screen and if I'm lucky I can collect tips or start cooking new dish. Has it happened to anyone? And what's the solution? Please, help me!

Have you restarted your device? Have you tried deleting it and redownloading?

Yes I did all that.

Is it happening with any other apps, not just TeamLava ones? If it is, you would probably need to contact Apple. If it's not, I would recommend you email support@teamlava.com The first response you will get from them will be automated. Reply to it, describing in as much detail as you can (like above) what you are experiencing, your device information, and your ID.

I do hope they are able to get games up and running. And remember, the first email may try to direct you back here. Just respond back, so they can look further into the problem. Also, I was just told they are a little backed up on emails right now, so it may take a little while to get to yours. :)

If it helps TL, FM also had the same problem. Try asking them.

It's back now! Didn't do anything, just wrote to the teamlava support email, they sent me a generated confirmation email back. Now it works.Hope it keeps working.
