sale on gems not showing up

i have other story games and i know there is a 40% sale on gems. i purchased gems for my other games but in bakery it does not show a sale. on my two chidlren's phones it shows a sale. the sale is winding down and i want gems but only at sale price. help time is running out. my id is babalamub and my bakery is chocolate dream

How frequent is frequently? I haven't received a gem discount pop up for quite a while. Now that I got my bakery and restaurant to a good size, I want to purchase gem items.
