Where are my surprise box items???? Last night i used 24 gems bought a surprise box,where are the rest???i have checked everything out,design,closet etc yet they can t be found

If you used 24 gems you would of gotten one random item from box. Did you get one new item?

You only get one item from the box for 24 gems. You do not get all items from the box...
I think that is what you are asking..

l meanI can't see the surprise box but I did receive a pair pink shoe in the closet. So the question is, is the
surprise box supposed to be invisible? And why?

Ohhh no you should be able to see the box. Restart your device. If nothing. Delete the game and re download it . You will not lose your game.
If nothing, please let us know.
