How to become a mod?

Curious what are the steps of becoming a mod for bakery story? I see a lot of herrasment and abuse in game / fighting this could be solved with a in game mod to clean up.

TL support is the in-game mod. It'd be impossible for a group of people to constantly monitor everybody's wall, but if you see a TOS offense you can report it to support and the necessary action will be taken.
