Will other dogs offered as free gift with gem purchase?

I am new in FS, I don't want to buy dogs that listed in the decoration, and the Labrador in the box neither.
Will they offer other kinds of dogs, may be as a free gift with gem purchase or a special item in festival sometimes?
Any friend knows?

I got the corgi and basset hound because my dog is a corgi/basset mix :D

I loved the border collie, I should've gotten it.
