no sale for gems for me why

Hi. I am not getting any of the gem sale offers. I also never got the offer for free item with gem purchase over the weekend. I never get that pink box that pops up offering sales. I use to get it but the last couple weeks it never is there. Right now there is 40 percent off gem sale, but not for me!! Same with the dog offered last weekend.I didn't get it when I bought gems. Why don't I get the sale pink pop ups?


Thanks for any help. I have posted this question here twice but it keeps being deleted. Is there a problem with asking other in fashion story if they have this problem?
