Responding to Neighbor Material Requests is BROKE!!!

Since I installed the new versions of RS and BS, I am having about a 85% failure rate responding to Neighbor material requests. This needs to be fixed! :-(

Thanks for the extra information. What version do you have on your iPad?
4.3.5 is the most current.
