Lost my coins and customers are not purchasing items

I was in my catalog collecting clothes and a pop up said "game out of sync" the game went back and my money was gone??!!?? And to top it off customers are not purchasing clothes their constantly leaving with broken hearts. I play on Android.

restart your device to see if money comes back. Also sometimes when a game goes out of sync items in the store may move. check and make sure
there is nothing blocking you register in front and cashier shows up.
If you still have problems with customers not be able to enter, try and post a picture of your game so we can take a look to see if we can spot something.
