my friends are giving me gifts, but they are only single plates. Why is this?

I thought that it was mastery that got you one plate? If not, what's your device, OS version and game version?

it's for both RS and BS.

On the other thread I posted to revert back to the previous version if they still have access to it. I no longer have that problem
