My Resturaunt is Full, but I have no Customers!!!!

I am at level 51, and have never had this problem! My resturaunt is full- to the max! And I was wondering why in almost 2 days now, my counters are still full... It seems that my customers come in one at a time, walk one step in from the door, and the timer goes about their head, then that quick theres the mad face... I am down to 10 on "happy customers" and I usually never go below a 95! I dont understand this and need answers! Help Please!

Have you recently redesigned and inadvertently blocked the way in? Could you post a screenshot? Thanks.

I have just added some new things, but that was the first thing i looked at to make sure it wasnt being blocked... i didnt really put anything new by the door anyway... i just dont get this! i will double check again to be sure though...

Make sure they have access to tables and chairs and nothing is blocking that.

Trace your way from the door to the Host Table, then the Host Table to the chairs by tables. Remember that they can't go through objects or travel diagonal squares. Remove or store anything in the way.

You need to place a host table! Your customer can't be seated without one!

Edited: sorry couldn't see HT right off the bat...need new contacts!

The game requires you to have a HT. You can't store the last HT

Found the problem...there is a pot of blue flowers in front of the host table so the customer can't get to it

I had the same problem in BS. Is there anything blocking your register? I had placed a plant in front of my register and my avatar disappeared and my customers did the same as yours. I went down to a 10 and food was full.
