Missing New Lemon catalog items

I have the latest Fashion Story installed, I see new lemon catalog items in other stores and on avatars, but it is not available for me - neither to make nor to dress up the avatar, please help:confused:

To teamlava: it is frustrating to have to wait that long while others get to play with new items for almost 4 days now. It discourages me from wanting to buy more gems to get new things for my avatar, because whenever I do finally get it, it won't be new to anyone but me:(
