Cannot send materials

On either bakery story & restaurant story I am not able to send materials to friends who request them. It says unable to send.
I also am having a problem with receiving gifts. They disappear after accepting them on bakery story and I'm still getting quantity of 1 on restaurant story. :(

Yeah, same here. Try to close app. It needs to resynch. There was a thread explaining how to force app closed if you need it.oh, and don't use gifts until #s correct.
