View Full Version : No mastery gem I earned!
Okay, I'm starting to get mad. And I even started a thread thanking team lava for changing to gems for mastery. Now, I just mastered a drink...el camino I think it's spelled, AND I GOT EXP AND NO CASH!!!!!
Unlike bs and RS, this game is mostly about decorating. I WAS considering buying 'cash' to decorate but not when I am just replacing cash I earned and never got! To me, this game, more than the others, seems to be just about getting me to spend more real money. I don't mind "buying the game" and paying you for your time. But the game has to work right. Or what I am really getting for my money? I want quality.
AND I WANT MY GEM!!! The dance tiles cost too much anyway and the only thing I'll consider spending real money for. IF I GET THE GEMS I EARN FIRST!

what level were you on when you mastered? 1, 2, 3, or 4.? you only get a gem on level 2 and 4 for each drink.
Oh, level 4. And I'm pretty sure I didn't get another one today too....just not sure enough to complain. But I got the standard OLD level 4 mastery notice with coins and exp. No gem. That's what lite my fire. I want a new pretty, unique dance floor and am trying to earn as many gems as I can in a couple weeks. Also planned to buy cash. Now I'm just felling like all that time spent is wasted. And no way to get it back.

If it happens again can you take a screenshot and post it here?? It really helps with the proof when we try and report the glitch.
I'm new to my ipad2 but I will they and figure out how. I'm scared to get to level four on any now. Hoping if I wait, it will be fixed.

I have the same problem with NS. I haven't got a level 4 gem all week. All I got is a drink under gift. No problem with BS, RS, or Fashion. I play on a first gen. iPad.

This just happened to me also. I mastered level 4 of Merlon and I didn't get a gem. I'm about to level up another level 4 in the next couple hours and I'll update.

Okay guys to get a report over on this problem, I will need some help from all of you:
Screenshots when you master level 2 and 4 showing no gem was given.
I also need what device you are playing on , and the OS version of the device ( ie IOS 4.3.2 or android 2.2, etc)

I play on ipod but it's too late for the screenshot...
Still need instructions on how to get screenshot since I don't think the in game camera is available when the message is up.
For the rest:
1. ipad2 4.3.5
2. NS version 1.0.3 (I think you need that too)
3. Happened with el camino drink level 4 mastery. Received old reward of exp/coins....not cash

Oh good thanks for the screen shot. I was trying to get to level 4... I did master two drinks to level 2 this morning. and I did get my city cash for both on level 2.

No, I haven't reported yet. Maybe over the weekend when I turn on the PC at home. In the meantime, I avoid mixing drinks that may reach level 2 or 4.
I've reported this to TL support and they said bugs and glitches should be reported to the forum. I'm still getting club cash for level 2 mastery today but I'm not risking level 4 mastery, after all, TL is hardly likely to compensate the cash are they?

Well I guess I won't bother reporting to support then, because I'd be really pi$$ed if they won't help me. Guess I'll just stop making drinks that may reach level 2 or level 4 until they have it sorted out.

Hi kooky! Any word on this? I'm avoiding mastering anything or even getting level 2, until this solved.
Funny thing happened today, too. I made level 29 and got a notice that a new drink was available. Then, I couldn't find it in book. Now of course I'm having a moment and can't remember the name of the drink. Just FYI. I'm wondering if others are having this problem along with the lack of cash for mastery.
I'm gonna have to start taking screenshots every time a message pops up!
di1975, if the drink is orange rush, it may be that you've not received last Friday's update (could be as late as Tuesday before you get it) yet, you should be able to find it by Tuesday. Was similar for me middle of last week, reached level 44 and got a pop up saying I could mix last will, but did not find last will till I got the update on Friday.

Just to reiterate, on my iDevice, still getting level 2 mastery club cash, but not getting level 4 cash. Was getting level 4 cash for a few days after they announced that there will be an award of 1 CC for level 4 drink mastery but not at present.

Okay not sure when this will be fixed. I have sent it over. I suggest that you keep mastering, but stop right before you get to level 4. Once we get word it is fixed, I will finish a level 4 and let you know if it is fixed(I will take one for the team!!). BTW I just mastered to level 2 on one and did get my club cash.

Zoroak....I have that one. The one I'm missing was in a pub glass...two word name....just can't remember! With there was a list somewhere....the old spreadsheet I found hasn't been updated in a while and the drink wasn't on that list.
Any ideas?

thanks to 420emcs wonderful screenshots this does not looks like a specific drink having the problem. It looks like all drinks hitting level 4 are not getting the club cash.

Okay guys I got word from GM today. The missing club cash on level 4 mastery bug should be fixed!!!!! That is the good news....:D
Bad news is TL cannot cannot fix accounts retroactively that have been affected..:(
If you want to hold off on your 4th level, I am almost to my 4th level on 12 hour drink.
I will post a picture when I reach it to let you know if I get my club cash.

I mastered the orange rush drink yesterday. Level 4 and got my club Cash!!! Looks like it has been fixed!!!

You will not get the mastery option until you reach level 8 on the game.
