I reached level 31 and it said I can now purchase the lemon outfit. I can't seem to find it anywhere. It's not in da catalog. Where is it?

This was in the new update that started Yesterday. updates roll out over a few days. If you do not have it now, you should have by Tuesday or Wednesday.
