I'm confused I see other baking things I don't have like biscotti & Madeline cookies am I missing something?

Sometimes it takes a few days for the updates to get rolled out for everyone , so some people may get it later in the week/next week. Other than that u can try to refresh ur game by clicking on the Home button on ur iPhone twice. All your running apps will show below ur screen. Just click on FS and close it.Then, When u open ur game , it will be refreshed .This is a better way to refresh ur game rather than switching off/ switching on ur phone.
