Help customers can't get into my restaurant

My restaurant is called beach my storm I'd is beckylouise9
I had to restore my iPad to factory settings after a problem with it and now the customers can't get into my restaurant, there is nothing blocking the door but they don't come in, help!

Try deleting the game and reinstalling it. Your game progress is saved on the server, so won't be lost when you reinstall it. If that doesn't solve the problem, you'll need email support@teamlava.com. Make sure to tell them your storm8 ID (beckylouise9) as well as the fact that you use an iPad. :)

Also make sure your hostess is showing up there is nothing in front of your podium and clear walkways to the tables.
