I can't plant anything because as soos as I will do game is crashing - I try to turn on and off it doesn't help.

Any ideas what I suppose to do

I play on a iphone4 with a data plan, but if my wi-fi is on in my settings it will crash over and over, but when I turn off the wi-fi it doesn't crash at all.

I use to have that problem alot. Everytime I planted or pulled my crops the game would exit out. I'm running on a iPod and wifi too. Make sure your iPod is updated with the latest 4.1. Something software and it should work just fine. If not it has to be your Internet connection

I try to boot up the game and it crashes before it comes on.

Both Farm and City keep crashing (iPhone 3G with OS4.1). Annoying!

I had no problem watering neighbors until I went on vacation. From this Internet connection I can not connect with many of my neighbors or anyone else. I have tired turning it off and different timeframes but nothing is working. It is a satellite services. I can reach the same neighbors everyday and not reach the same neighbors. I am not having this problem with CS. An ideas or suggestions?

Well I did the TCP & UDP port thing and it was though to be a resolver obviously it's not.

Open Ports on your wifi routerto by pass the router firewall:
TCP 433
TCP 5223

UDP 3478 to 3497
UDP 4398
UDP 16384 to 16387
UDP 16403 to 16472

This is supposed to resolve the Wifi port problem for your router firewall and give the game access to the Farm Game Server.
Which was working and now I check my Wifi Server ports and they are ok ..So then what is the problem...

to many people trying to get on the Farm Story every time someone waters my farm I get kicked off the server .

Since the introduction of halloween items my ipads keeps crashing it most be a halloween ghost

The following ports where open on my router and still the game gets disconnected... Well it's not my system ..it's the server for the game..So i qiut City Story and i am working on shutting down the Farm Story game too.

I was playing Farm Story with a 3G iPad and an error message started coming up that there was a sync problem with the sever and that it was refreshing. I logged on to the forum to read messages and now can't get back on to Farm Story - it keeps saying it's an online story ( but I can get online to everything else) in the meantime I've lost my crop of strawberries. Any suggestions? id farmerbrown2010

Both Farm Story *and* City Story now complain that they cannot connect, and that I should double check my connecting and retry. All other apps, including games, connect just fine!

If I don't get to visit my farms/factories real quick, I'll be losing a lot of money!!! I'm very annoyed over this!!!!
