Hello supporting team,

** *My name is Michelle. The Storm8 ID is strawberryking . I got a problem when I changed my mobile. Why I can't use my ID to log-in all of your story games( Barkey, Fashion, Nightclub and Restaurant also)?it's make me very upset...How can I re-open these games? And I wanna delete the Storm8 ID of michellestrawberry. Can fix it for me*ASAP? It's hard to wait to play your games!!!

If you've created an ID on the new device, you will need to get assistance from TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com). Make sure to include both Storm8 IDs, let them know which ID you'd like to keep on your device. They may need additional information, but a Support Agent should be able to assist you.
