star rating change

I want to know how my star rating keeps changing. I was nearly finished with my 3rd star. And now I am just beginning my 2nd.

The rating for when you're tipping? It does drop every day slightly, depending on how active you are with tipping. Once you reach a level 4, you would need to tip at least 20-30 people each day to maintain it. And if you don't tip, it will drop a bit faster.
