Neighbor Requirement for 24x24

How many neighbors do you need for the 24x24 expansion?

I'm still in the 40's, but I have a lot of neighbors and I was thinking about getting rid of some of the ones that don't seem to play anymore, but I also want to make sure I have enough for when I get to the point where I can expand that far.

50 neighbours and 800k for 23x23
55 neighbours and 900k for 24x24

I removed 27 inactive peeps, so I'm down to 60.

I could remove more, but (for my own amusement) I'm trying to have at least one person for each letter of the alphabet in my neighbors... currently missing V and X.
