For about 3 hours the forums have been failing for me about every 10 minutes saying there is an error 119. What is error 119 and what is going on?

It's due to the maintenance. Hopefully it's back to normal again soon. :)

119 is code for Angry Gnomes Terrorist Threat raise to level one.

Hey give TL a break. I bet the problems come from the gnomes grabbing all the rivers and flooding their servers!!!

LOL! Did anyone look up that code, or the other one I got was Error Code 95. One of them was for audible content, and I was trying to access the forum! Are we getting sound effects in here? lol

Haha. I got both. Then I got a notification from vBulletin that I notified the runners of the site about this problem. :D yay me.
