Jipped out of gems

I had two food items I should have earned gems on yesterday going from level 1 to 2 and instead of a gem was given the 1st chef hat and reward as if i just reached level 1. I've had issues in the past and support has never been able to do anything. I've thought about buying gems in the past, I'm glad I didn't and I never will because of how many I should really have earned. I think if there is an error you should be able to fix the problem, it's frustrating for something that should be fun.

Going from level 1 to 2? You should receive a gem going from level 2 to 3. I think it's 500 coins and some xp going 1 to 2. Let me know if I'm mistaken :)

for mastering dishes, you can earn gem when you master the 2nd and 4th level. the 1st and 3rd level only earns you coin.

i dunno..... i think u get a gem at level 3 for restaurant and bakery.... the bar starts at 1 instead of 0 like the other games so u get the gem at level 3.....
