Accidentally used gems to revive bad food

Is there anyway to undo this? I have accidentally select the wrong button and now all my gems are gone. Is there an undo option?:(

Unfortunately, there's no undo button. If it's any consolation, I think we've ALL done this at one time or another. GRRRRRR!
