It's highly likely you haven't received the update yet. There are multiple threads on this issue, mostly under "Bugs" ... I don't think it has anything to do with your phone or device. Don't feel alone. Although I had Farm & Restaurant updates timely, I received my Bakery Independence Day update & decorations on July 5th. It happens.

the new oriental furniture came out this Friday, and all weekly update are roll out slowly. Some get the weekly update on the last day, which is Tuesday.
