Switching game progress to new iphone

Hi guys, I've just taken delivery of a new iphone and am really struggling to work out how to get my previous game progress transferred from my old iphone. After being level 45 it's really disheartening starting at level 1. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You need to download the game(s) on your new phone and set up a new storm id that is different from your old id. After that you can email support@teamlava.com, with your old and new id's along with the games that you are trying to transfer. They will attempt transfer on their end after that. They're really fast, I just did mine and it was done in a day. You can also view the other posts for more info. Good luck!
