You can contact TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) for assistance. Make sure to include your now Storm8 ID, the reason you would like it changed, at least three options of what you'd want it changed to, and how many gems you have in one of your games (be sure to let them know which game so it's easier for them to verify the account).

Please note, this does not mean Support will/won't change your ID for you.

You will need to use your personal email (yahoo, gmail, live, etc.) to email TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com).
