Giant construction sign in place of Meiji Shrine

I've got a Meiji Shrine from the latest prize box. It shows up in the catalog but when I try to place it all I get is a giant construction sign, size 4 x 4. Is it a global bug or just my game?

Oh dear. I'm not sure. Try restarting the device. Anyone else encountering this?

Mine shows up fine, but I seem to remember a couple of people having this problem with the bullet building. I think it resolved itself within a few hours. But I would definitely try restarting your device as Rachael recommended.

Reinstalling the game fixed the problem :) but thank you for your reply :D

I bought the Shanghai Pearl tower a few days ago and it appears as a giant contruction sign aswell. Also when I cash in my contracts the factories become a big sign until i have set up new contracts. I see reinstalling the game worked but i am nervous of losing what i have got already, so if anyone can explain how to reinstall safely, on iphone I would be very grateful....many thanks
