Bakery: Lot'a Cupcakes

my bakery has had no problems, until out of the blue i returned back to my bakery and no customers where walking in and out, and also my avatar was not behind the till!? there was nothing blocking the door ( so there was no reason for no one the be walkign around ) i visted my friends and also no characters are around! this means non of my food can be eaten and sold! ): PLEASE HELP!
