Question 2: I haven't heard of a restaurant story gift card. I'm not on an apple device, but I believe the itunes card is what people are using.

no, you can't a new door yet but it looks like we'll be able to someday.
there's no such thing as restaurant story gift card. you'll have to use your iTunes gift card or other form of payment.
