What is the sign of clock means??

My customer will stop at the door and thinking of time, so I placed a clock, but the sign still continue. May I know what does it means??

It means that they are waiting for a service etc. if they want to shop or if they need a dressing room or mirror. If the dressing rooms and mirrors are in use, customers will wait a few seconds, then will either use them or leave unhappy.

Something is blocking their entry to the shop. Eg if you have placed a rack near the door and they are not able to get in. Just move ur racks around and ensure they have enough place to move around 
