Experience points (XP) not accumulating

Hello everyone,

I recently had my device transfered to my Galaxy S II.

But since it was transfered, my experience points (XP) are not accumulating.
When I cook or serve food the points go up as normal, but when I close the game and start it again, the points go back to 267,800 every time.

Has anyone else had this problem, or knows how to fix it?
I have sent an email to support hoping to get an answer.
