Purchased coin special with elite house. Did not get house!

I recently bought the elite house and 50 coins for ten dollars. I had over three minutes left. The game showed "processing" and then confirm. This took a while. I then checked my inventory and there is no elite house. This is not acceptable. Please place elite house in my inventory.

Have you checked your iTunes account? Or did you receive the 50 City Cash?

Make sure to close out of the app (go to your home screen then double click on the home button. Now there should be a bar across the bottom showing apps. Find City Story and click the 'x') then turn off your iPod/Phone. Turn it back on open City Story and see if it's in your inventory. Unfortunately if it's still not there then email TeamLava support as mentioned above.
