Gem(s) issue: Anyone else having?

Couple of issues...

(1) I maxed out a factory contract, expected the 1 city cash and never received it.

(2) I've attempted to purchase some city cash. The process seems to go through just fine but it doesn't. City cash isn't credited to the account nor, thankfully, is my account charged.

Anyone else having issues?

Any suggestions on a fix?

I have deleted and re-installed the game. I play on a 3G iphone with an up-to-date OS.

You get the 1 city cash when you finish the 2nd key for a contract, not the 4th key.

Maybe you weren't paying attention when you got that 2nd key, since you were expecting it later.

I've noticed that restarting the device helps with the purchasing of city cash.

@ stoowii: I've tried that, and it didn't help. Oh well eh? Guess I just shan't spend any real money for fake money!
