I have purchased an ice cream maker, and now I have to get tools to build it. How do we get tools other than using stars or asking neighbours

there are only two way to complete that ice cream maker. 1) by gems .. pay 40 gems or buy individual parts which cost gems. 2) neighbors ... request part from them from build menu or hope/ask them to send as a daily gift.

3) you can mix those two.
Once bought, just tap to manage it and request parts or buy with gems.
