I got a new phone and i have the same number and same phone (dropped the other in water) But i don't know how to switch my restaurant to this phone. How can i do that?

Thanks, but i dropped my old phone in water so i dont know the udid. And i had to make a new account to make this post :( any help still?

You'll need to email Support.

Make sure to include the old ID, this new ID, the TeamLava apps you play and let them know what happened. You may also want to include how many gems you had on your account if you can remember. I'm not sure if they will need that info for verification purposes. Support should be able to assist you. :)

Without the number you will need to email support@teamlava.com
They will need to do your transfer.

if you played an Storm8 game on your old phone and set you account up, you don't need to contact support@teamlava.com and you can just transfer your account by Storm8 method -->>http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?t=14674

if not then your only option is to contact TL support.

To clarify in order to transfer using a Storm8 game, you can not have a Storm8 ID associated with the device you want to transfer to. There is not a work around for that, they will need to contact Support for assistance since they created a new ID to post to the forum.
