bug in the tips-system

I had 'level' 4 with that whole tips and an red stars system but lately i have to repeat the last +50 stars :(. What do i have to do?

Do you mean that the level is going down? Your star ranking is based on tipping, but can vary if you're not tipping enough to keep your 4 star rating. To keep your star rating up, you need to continue to tip your neighbors and other members of the community.

I'm assuming that your assumption is correct, Tren, but if it means that the stars/tips are not actually being placed, then can we please know the device, iOS and game version? Thanks.
