OK Can't TL see that if I have 2 orange tabby cats on my farm and they were offered last week and that I have 70 gems - I am missing gems. I am afraid they are just going to say that I got them. How can we prove when we have done something and TL is at fault. I even took pictures of my farm showing the cats. TL should have a record of my gem collection - they will be able to see that I have never had this many. I mean how hard is it?? I just want to quit worrying and enjoy playing the game. But, if they don't make this right how will I ever feel comfortable purchasing anything?? AND they better not come catnapping my tabby cats! I did get the gems for 1 of the cats. Last time their answer was 'sorry'. I am afraid they will do nothing for me. Problem on another game - same type of thing but opposite - gems, no gift. And - yes I absolutely bought them from the pop up!
